Performs skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures. May oversee and review the work of lower-level technicians.

+ Ensure all 24/7 shifts are properly staffed while monitoring the quality, promptness and actions required for troubleshooting tasks.
+ Work with other trades and maintenance staff to complete maintenance and installation of building systems. Prepare and submit work documentation (i.e., work order submission, changes to system, PMs, etc.). Ensure documentation is prepared in a timely and accurate manner to efficiently monitor equipment.
