**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor**

**Summary**

Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor, leading a team of technicians across commercial and residential properties. You’ll oversee daily operations, handle repairs, and drive preventive maintenance to keep buildings running safely and efficiently while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and supervise a team of six maintenance technicians across ten properties, including commercial and residential buildings.
+ Schedule, assign, and oversee daily maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
+ Monitor and maintain building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry to ensure safe and efficient operation.
+ Assist with apartment turnovers, ensuring units are prepared quickly and to a high standard for new residents.
+ Perform drywall hanging, painting, and replacement of doors and door hardware as needed.
