Large Non-Profit organization seeking Facilities Coordinator to start immediately! Project assignment.
Title: Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
Pay: $27.00
Location: Manhattan or Bronx
Shift: Monday through Friday hours TBD (AM Shift)
Must have a driver license!
Primary Purpose of Job:
To perform basic maintenance of buildings, grounds, equipment and other small jobs that may be required to maintain professional office environments.
Principle Responsibilities:
• Performs minor repair of all buildings and equipment. (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed
contractors, hired by Director of Operations.)
o Minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g., painting, minor locksmithing, pest exclusion, etc)
o Minor HVAC work (e.g., adjusting and replacing thermostats; replacing filters, etc)
o Minor electrical maintenance (e.g....
