Job Description
Responsibilities
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment and common areas to ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, functionality and safety.
- Coordinate and oversee repair, servicing and preventive maintenance works at HQ office and multiple outlets.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
- Perform general maintenance, repair and troubleshooting works, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, furniture, air-con and etc.
- Familiar with workplace safety practices and building regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve facility-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Source, liaise, coordinate and communicate well with external contractors, vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
