Job Description
The Facility Engineer executes and delivers annual capital expenditure projects across our facility portfolio. This role manages the complete project lifecycle from design through closeout, ensuring infrastructure improvements are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Execute the annual capital expenditure plan, delivering multiple concurrent infrastructure projects including HVAC replacements, electrical upgrades, roof replacements, building envelope improvements, and major equipment installations. Manage all phases of project delivery from design development through construction closeout and commissioning. Oversee contractors and construction teams to ensure work meets specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
