Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all hard and soft facilities services, including maintenance, janitorial, waste management, and workplace services. Ensure facilities comply with local Brazilian regulations, corporate EH&S, and Security requirements Lead and coordinate construction, refurbishment, and fit‑out projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Project management, supervising and coordinating the work of contractors (3rd parties); Managing and leading changes to ensure minimum disruption to core activities; Coordinate equipment and structure repairs. Act as primary facilities point of contact with landlords, including service coordination and issue escalation Plan and optimize space utilization across leased and co‑working environments Keeping staff safe.
