Qualifications:

• Must be an engineering graduate.
• With 1-2 years of experience in facilities preferably in BPO setting.
• Amenable to working in Bridgetowne, QC, and on a shifting schedule.

Job Description:

• Supervises Equipment Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Execution.
• Upkeep equipment monitoring checklist.
• Assists and Supervises Technical Trainings for Basic equipment Monitoring and Maintenance.
• Distribution, and Issuance of Company Assets (Lockers, Pedestals, Laterals, Projectors, Consumables Inventory).
• Supports Internal Client Operation request and concern.
• Building Admin Coordination and Concern Management.
• Utilities Consumption Reportorial.
• Supports closure and compliance for all Client audit findings, company and Government Body Audit/Inspection.
• Encoding of Infrastructure incidents in Incident Management System.
