Job Description
- Provide day to day support for all aspects of facilities management
- Resolve any logistical issues and escalate to Office Manager
- Answer to all requests of employees of the company
- Ensure all equipment/technology is in working order and report when required
- Perform basic building repairs daily, replace light bulbs, etc
- Move furniture such as desk, tables, chairs and boxes
- Work closely with the reception (preparing meeting rooms, handling mails etc)
- etc
- You are a people pleaser, super organised and you have a very positive attitude
- You have a very good level in English and French ir Dutch, a third language is a real asset
- You are proficient in MS word, Excel and Outlook
- You ideally have a first experience in a similar function or a function that requires a good contact with people and good organizational skills
