The Role: Facilities and Maintenance Manager

I am working with a Hotel group who have collection of unique and beautiful properties across the UK. We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join to oversee the property function of a busy hotel site.

About the role:

You’ll lead a small on-site team and external contractors, ensuring the property is safe, compliant, and operating at the highest standards for guests. From planned maintenance and budget control to utilities management and sustainability initiatives, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
