Facilitators arrive before assigned classes, are available throughout the classes, and stay until all students depart the classroom. Facilitators are responsible for readying and monitoring Connect (Zoom, classroom) technology for instruction, including working with the WKU IT HelpDesk to solve any problems that arise. The position is responsible for routine communication with the instructor of record (faculty) who will be in a different WKU location via email, phone, and Zoom technology. Facilitators may also answer phones for the campus and greet all campus visitors. The position is responsible for classroom closing procedures.
