Meraki Group is looking for an experienced and driven Façade Project Manager to lead our façade projects from conception through completion. This role is critical for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Façade Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to deliver innovative and sustainable façade solutions that meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-scale project plans and conduct project meetings to ensure they align with client objectives.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Lead the design development process in collaboration with architects and engineering teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
