Job Title: Fabrication/Machine Shop Operator – 1st shift

Location: Harlan, Iowa

Salary: up to $20/hour

Job Summary of the Fabrication/Machine Shop Operator: We are looking to hire an experienced Fab/Machine Shop Operator. In this role, you’ll operate a variety of fabrication machines, including press brakes, shears, ironworkers, saws, drills, grinders, and more. You’ll read and interpret blueprints and work orders to produce precision parts, while using ERP systems to track inventory and production. You’ll support continuous improvement efforts, maintain high safety and quality standards, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
