Motivating staff and workmen to improve productivity and quality by small group activities such as Suggestion and Kaizens9. Close monitoring of critical welding operations10. Review of productivity, efficiency and plan vs actuals.11. Review and analysis of Rework Hours and other loss hours.
12. Maintain safety and discipline in shop- IMS Audit (Quality, EHS, Environment, Energy)
13. Alloy welding- HIP Sleeve, SSBR & Diaphragm, Valves, Main Oil Tank, 
14. Blasting & Painting- Job PDI, Customer witness Support.
