Job Description
LOCATION: Highcross Shopping Centre Leicester
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday- Fridays - Early and late shifts alternate. Week 1 -Early 7am - 3:30pm. Week 2 Late 12:30am - 9pm. Working 1 weekend in 6
SALARY: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum dependant on experience

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Building Services Operative/Fabric Engineer based on site within a team of operatives undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and building fabric within a retail property environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Contract Manager. Including, but not limited to fault finding, test, repair and preventative maintenance of building fabric and other duties in support of the rest of the team. Duties will also include ca...
