Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Fabric Technician to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out general building fabric maintenance across a busy mixed-use retail and residential environment.

Fabric Engineer Key Responsibilities

* Carry out painting and decorating across landlord areas

* Undertake minor carpentry and general building fabric repairs

* Repair, maintain, and replace doors and associated fixtures

* Complete general maintenance tasks across commercial areas
