As part of our Technical Accounting Advisory Group, you will help companies manage the complex financial and accounting issues relating to consolidation and joint ventures, IPOs, business combinations, compensation, revenue recognition, derivatives and hedging, debt vs. equity, SEC reporting, leases, and much more.
