職務内容：

・日本および主要諸外国における関連法令等の情報収集・調査、自社への影響分析と対応策の検討・実行

・国内外グループにおけるコンプライアンスの社内啓発およびモニタリング

・法務コンプライアンス視点でのコンプライアンス推進・インシデント対応、不正事案の社内調査

・コンプライアンスの実効性・効率性向上を通じた現場の課題解決支援

・Rocheとの連携や海外グループ会社の統制・支援を含むグローバル対応
