**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking an F1 Incident Commander in technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). In this role you would be responsible for frontline (F1) engagement in technology incidents and events impacting CCIBT, helping to ensure rapid detection, effective coordination, clear communications, and disciplined execution during incidents, major events, and high‑risk operational activities.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Actively engage with Major Incidents assisting with triage, stakeholder communications, and recovery activities, while ensuring high‑quality hand‑off to Problem Management
+ Help drive timely engagement of platform, infrastructure, and application teams to restore service
+ Ensure incidents are accurately logged, updated, and transitioned across shifts using defined handover processes and tooling
