EYFS SEND 1:1 Flexible Learning Partner

Some children need a little extra support to help their confidence grow. Others need someone steady, calm, and patient by their side from the moment they walk through the nursery door. That’s where you come in.

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Lawrence Weston looking for a Flexible Learning Partner to support a nursery‑aged pupil on a 1:1 basis. This school has a high number of pupils with complex SEND needs, so they’re looking for someone who genuinely understands how to build trust, create consistency, and celebrate the little wins that make a big difference.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be left to “just get on with it”. The school values its support staff and works hard to create a team that feels supportive, collaborative, and child‑centred.
