Job Description

The opportunity


The role is split between approximately 75% technical and 25% administrative support.

Your key responsibilities

Technical elements:

  • Assist with consultations, responding to quality and compliance related queries from the business

  • Support various project initiatives, tracking events through resolution

  • Participate in policy and guidance research, review and drafting

  • Support the delivery of TQ training to Client teams

  • Provide ad-hoc cover on some projects during holidays

    • Administrative elements

  • Support the broader team with administrative and operational needs

  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings – prepare and circulate calendar invitations, assist in finalizing meeting documentation and presentations

  • Occasional support with organizing business travel and itineraries
