JOB SUMMARY: The Extractive Process Development Metallurgist is responsible for leading the development, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of metal reclaim processes and extractive, refining, and purification technologies for Indium Corporationβs existing and prospective businesses.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
+ Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and supporting manufacturing processes for indium, gallium, and related metals: recycling, recovery, and refining
+ Responsible for development and support of manufacturing processes
+ Develop and implement optimized, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with customer, product, or process specifications, quality requirements, and standards while following a structured in-house development process
