To manage external communications with external stakeholders in order to maintain and improve good corporate image & reputation for supporting XL's business success 

Job Accountabilities : 

  • Develop external communication strategy for all relevant stakeholders
  • Establish overall external strategy for risk reduction/damage control of corporate image
  • Develop external communications and announcements plan
  • Execute the external corp. communication and relationship activities (eg. corporate events, media update, press conference, company anniversary, product launch, signing ceremony, etc) 
  • Develop and ensure overall execution of external communications are timely, accurate and effective (e.g., FAQ's, press release, CEO messages, messages on company...
