CIMIC Group is seeking an experienced Rewards & Benefits Manager to design, govern and deliver a contemporary, market-competitive reward and benefits framework that supports CIMICβs business strategy, workforce needs, and performance culture. This role leads enterprise-wide reward strategy, governance and execution across CIMIC operating companies, ensuring consistency, compliance and market alignment across multiple jurisdictions. Due to the nature of the role, the successful employee will be required in Sydney CIMIC Corporate Office. We are currently only accepting internal applications for this position.Β
