• Express Shipment Management
  • Handle urgent and time-sensitive shipments via air express courier.
  • Ensure fastest and most cost-effective routing for critical deliveries.
  • Coordinate with global suppliers and mother plants for priority dispatch.
  • Provide round-the-clock support for critical business requirements.
  • Act as escalation point for urgent logistics issues and delays.
  • Ensure immediate response and resolution for shipment disruptions.
• End-to-End Shipment Coordination
  • Manage booking, documentation, customs clearance and delivery.
  • Track shipments proactively and ensure on-time delivery (OTIF).
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers and transport partners.
