Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking for an Exports Coordinator to join their team based in Elandsfontein (Gauteng).

Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose of this position:

• Be responsible for the planning and execution of all shipments with specific focus on administration, excellent customer service, management of export documentation from order receipt to delivery, monitoring arrivals and/or departures including the forwarding and clearing of orders.

Educational Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Certificate / Diploma in Exports or related field is advantageous.

Experience:

• 2-3 years in Exports administration.

Duties:

• Processing Quotations / PFI Manually, as well as processing Export Orders on SAP.
