Objectives of the Position

• Responsible for ensuring export management are as per stipulated guidelines, procedures and requirements.
• Support process improvement, knowledge and risk management as per overseas delivery services.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

• Processing & monitoring of customer orders for exports from different business units in compliance with legal, country or customer regulations
• Fulfillment of customer-specific service agreements and order-related requirements
• Responsibility for orders in line with the door-to-door accountability concept and monitoring of delivery reliability
• Collaborate with Transport Managers, forwarders, Export Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure smooth, timely shipment execution
