About the Role

Umedra Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Export Executive to own our end-to-end export operations for personal care products and OTC ointments. You'll ensure every shipment moves smoothly — compliant, on time, and fully documented — while keeping internal teams, banks, and global partners aligned.

What You'll Do

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare, verify, and manage core export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate, MSDS, and COA
• Ensure full compliance with LC terms, contracts, DGFT, Customs, FEMA, and RBI regulations
• Handle export incentive schemes including RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, EPCG, and Advance License

Logistics & Coordination

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters
