Ensure flight details are provided to customers within the specified time frame after receiving the booking. Verify export document compliance when processing export work orders. Apply the correct export permits and process other export customs in a timely manner. Respond to all calls promptly. Continuously monitor the onboard status and notify customers of any discrepancies or irregularities. Foster effective communication across all relevant departments (e.g., Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams). Ensure that the correct and up-to-date airfreight rates are applied.
