Job Purpose
DP World is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our Global Freight team, based in Docklands, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end export operations for key customers, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and delivered in line with operational deadlines. Additionally, you will coordinate bookings, shipment processing, transport movements, documentation, invoicing and reporting while working closely with customers, shipping carrier, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end export operations including bookings, shipment processing, transport coordination, documentation, invoicing and reporting
Liaise with customers, shipping carrier, transport providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipment delivery
