Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end export experience
• Work closely with shipping lines, packing, warehouse, dispatch, and account managers
• Use SAP for order management and Prodoc for documentation
• Book containers with shipping lines
• Handle invoice processing and credit processing

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end export process
• Confidence dealing directly with shipping lines
• Experience across export documentation and compliance
• SAP and Prodoc experience are a must
• Someone who has a Customs PIN would be a plus
