Job Description
Role Purpose
The Export Control Officer is responsible for ensuring Yamazaki Mazak Singapore’s full compliance with export control regulations, including Japan METI (FEFTA), Singapore Strategic Goods Control Act (SGCA/SGCO), and Mazak Global Internal Compliance Program (ICP).
This role serves as the central point of contact for export control matters, supporting daily operations, business travel compliance, and technology transfer controls—while providing critical backup support to the existing Export Control Department (ECD) function to mitigate single-point-of-failure risk.
Key Responsibilities 1. Export Control Compliance & Governance- Implement and enforce company export control policies across all departments
