A non-profit scientific organization in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add an Export and Research Security Compliance Manager to their team! This person will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s export compliance, research integrity, and research security programs to ensure full compliance with U.S. export control laws and federal research regulations. On a day‑to‑day basis, this individual will oversee export classifications, licenses, Technical Assistance Agreements, Technology Control Plans, and international shipment guidance while serving as the primary point of contact for all export control matters. They will develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, training programs, and record‑keeping systems, while advising leadership and research teams on regulatory risk and compliance decisions.
