Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and sea export shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to optimize logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of professional experience in logistics or freight coordination.
