Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an Exports Administrator to manage the processing of all export sales orders from start to finish and provide a support function for the sales team. Key Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and process all export customer transactions accurately and timely from entry to finalisation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Oversee all related export documentation, invoices and inspections. Manage all export customer feedback requirements regarding order status, backβorder reporting and general inquiries in adherence to all policies and procedures. Provide a supporting role to the sales team. Develop positive relationships with export customers and provide professional customer service and support to these customers. Foster relationships with internal colleagues and relevant business departments to ensure correct dispatch of export orders.
