Formulation & ADME drives the optimization of drug candidates through globally competitive formulation development and advanced ADME/safety strategies from the early stages of oncology drug discovery to clinic. This role supports to provide the strategic guidance on the optimization of drug candidates' ADME/safety/physicochemical properties, accelerates the DMTA cycle through strategic study plan and the delivery of high-quality, high-quantity, and high-speed readouts, and establishes ourselves as a formulation and ADME group with global competitiveness.
