An Expert Weld Tech is responsible for conducting training for welders going through Trinity Industries Weld Academy.They will also ensure all Welding Standards are being followed and upheld to the throughout the facility. Weld Tech will also act as a mentor to new employees and will usually be the first contact with to Trinity for them so they will need to act in a professional and responsible behavior throughout their day.
