Lead the technical and methodological development of the Global Food Security Award, including evaluation frameworks, assessment methodologies, and technical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance award strategies from a technical and methodological perspective.
• Design robust technical evaluation criteria and scoring frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with international best practices in awards and excellence models.
• Oversee and manage the technical assessment and evaluation platforms.
• Provide technical guidance to assessors and evaluators.
• Ensure transparency, consistency, and integrity of evaluation processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Excellence, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in awards development, assessment frameworks, or excellence models.
