Job Description
This role is centred around providing the kind of support that allows students to feel understood, not just managed.
We’re working with an SEN school supporting pupils with EHCPs, autism, and SEMH needs, who benefit from consistent, structured support throughout the school day.
Your role:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for students requiring additional guidance
- Support small group learning sessions
