Job Description
The Office Manager ensures the smooth internal operation of the company by managing administrative, logistical, relational, and operational aspects. He or she plays a strategic role in supporting management, coordinating internal networks, and managing high-level travel and visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Management Support:
- Manage the schedules and priorities of the country director.
- Organize travel (transportation, accommodation, logistics) for Management Committee members.
- Prepare strategic meetings (materials, minutes, coordination) for the Director and Management Committee.

Internal Coordination and Networks:
