Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator with experience to manage daily operations on-site. This role focuses on administrative efficiency and effective communication.
As an Office Administrator, you will bring over five years of experience to our team. Your role will include establishing work priorities, advising customers, and preparing essential financial documentation. Coordination of activities and administrative tasks will be key to ensuring all workflows are seamless and deadlines met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the office
• Assemble data and prepare correspondence and reports
• Oversee office administrative procedures and tasks
• Document and prepare invoices for projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, accounting preferred
• 5+ years of administrative experience
