CabCall Experts (CCE) is looking for an experienced Cordic / Autocab Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will have previous taxi dispatch experience and a strong understanding of dispatch systems, fleet management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage bookings using Cordic and/or Autocab systems.
Dispatch jobs efficiently to drivers while maximizing fleet utilization.
Handle driver communications and provide operational support.
Monitor service levels and ensure timely allocation of bookings.
Resolve dispatch-related issues and service disruptions promptly.
Liaise with customer service teams to maintain high service standards.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Dispatcher in the taxi/private hire industry.
Hands-on experience with Cordic and/or Autocab dispatch systems.
