Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in Asset Management (Inventories)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Expert in using Microsoft Excel.

Job Descriptions

• Monitor asset movements from delivery, deployment, transfers, and disposal.
• Ensure all asset deployments are confirmed by employee/custodian.
• Maintain a database of all assets with information required for Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) reporting.
• Assistance on PEZA compliance on asset movements.
• Provide guidance on how to improve asset management.
• Ensure all assets are barcoded after delivery and before deployment to users and/or technology.
• Coordinate the documentation required for PEZA disposal.
