**Experience Design Lead, Brand Marketing**
Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal are seeking a strategic and innovative Experience Design Lead to join our Brand Marketing team. This role focuses on enhancing user experience (UX), shaping customer journeys, and maintaining brand integrity across marketing touchpoints.
Youβll bridge strategy and execution, ensuring consistent, audience-first design across platforms and campaigns. Leading a small team with the Brand team, youβll collaborate closely with Marketing, Subscription Strategy, Acquisition, Events, Design & Research, and Product to build cohesive, high-impact customer experiences across WSJ, WSJ+, and other Dow Jones brands.
This hands-on leadership role reports to the Brand Creative Director and combines UX & UI design expertise with brand stewardship. Youβll drive projects across teams, guide designers and partners, and ensure brand fidelity while meeting business goals....
