Our client is a well-established, high-performing property and investment-focused business with a strong reputation for financial discipline and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Expense Clerk will take ownership of the full Accounts Payable (AP) function, including expense processing, reconciliations, journals, and payment administration. The role requires strong Excel capability (advanced level) and working knowledge of Xero accounting software, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and tight financial control.
