Responsibilities

• Support the planning and organisation of gallery exhibitions and international art fairs, including preparation and submission of fair applications
• Coordinate exhibition and fair materials including artwork lists, pricing, and client previews
• Liaise with artists and studios to ensure alignment with exhibition schedules
• Assist with budgets for exhibitions and fairs and monitor associated costs with Directors
• Prepare and issue invoices, proformas, and support with contracts and consignment agreements
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all artwork details are correct
• Learn and maintain a full understanding of all gallery artists, works, exhibitions and fairs to effectively communicate with clients
