Job Description:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
 Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
 Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
 Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel,
SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
 Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
Network & System Maintenance
 Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of campus internet and network systems.
 Support and maintain servers, wireless systems, and backup processes.
 Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and patch management.
Inventory & Asset Management
 Assist in tracking IT equipment inventory and software licenses.
 Support in the setup, tagging, and disposal of IT assets.
System Implementation & Upgrades
 Assist with the deployment of new systems, tools, and technologies.
