As a Senior Talent Researcher / Executive Sourcer (P3βP4), you will be responsible for owning the complete top-of-the-funnel recruitment cycle, acting as a strategic talent advisor and market intelligence partner to recruiters and hiring managers across the business. This role is heavily focused on EXECUTIVE sourcing, talent research, and market mapping, with the majority of searches supporting engineering and product organizations.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on rigorous research, competitive analysis, and thoughtful candidate engagement, rather than full-cycle recruiting or strategic business ownership. You will play a critical role in identifying high-potential talent, understanding market trends, and delivering well-calibrated talent pools aligned to business needs.
