Job Description The successful candidate will be part of the Flight Operations Rostering Department where he/her is part of the team responsible for planning and tracking the rosters of over 2,500 pilots operating 6 different aircraft fleets (B737, B787, B777, B744F, A350 and A380). The incumbent will initiate and support system enhancements to crew rostering and tracking systems to enhance roster efficiency and rostering processes. He/She will also undertake and participate in rostering-related projects and matters concerning technical crew (Pilots). Key Responsibilities Plan and optimise the rosters of the technical crew. Ensure rosters are published in a timely manner and compliant with all rostering rules (incl. regulatory, industrial and welfare rules). Ensure all flights are fully and appropriately manned by qualified pilots. Ensure fair distribution of flights and flying hours among the crew.
