Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assists in preparing monthly accurate financial statements and closing activities.
- Assists with monthly timesheet management and preparation of schedules.
- Analyzing operational and financial data to build vast databases and prepare reports for management.
- Supporting and preparation of regional group reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Developing revenue, margin, and cost analysis reports using BI tools like Power BI.
- Prepare and assist in cost allocation to regional subsidiaries in accordance with Global Cost Sharing Agreement, including monthly cost allocation reporting.
- Supports and assists the preparation of monthly management review presentation slides.
- Leverage automation tools (Power Automate) to streamline and improve processes.
- Participate and support in the implementation of new systems e.g., ERP system, Expenses Management System.
