Job Description
We are looking for a Security & Loss Prevention Executive (SLP) to support daily security operations across stores and distribution centers. The role focuses on preventing loss, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stores and DCs through patrols and CCTV.
- Detect and prevent theft, violations, and safety risks.
- Ensure all security systems (cameras, alarms) are working properly.
- Respond to incidents (theft, accidents, violations).
- Prepare daily logs and incident reports.
- Preserve evidence and support investigations.
- Conduct compliance checks and routine inspections.
- Maintain records of audits and security activities.
- Support inventory counts and identify shrinkage risks.
- Recommend corrective actions when needed.
Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics.
